Cambodia HRD Center, Leading Korean IT Wave
COOCON & KOICA(Korea International Cooperation Agency) established HRD Center in Cambodia, where free education is offered to software-engineer candidates.
The center produces 50+ graduates every year, most of whom get opportunities to work as ICT engineers at local IT companies, financial institutions, public/governmental agencies or multi-national IT companies in Cambodia.(Class of 2018, the 5th alumni) -

One Company, One Farm
Through COOCON’s farming-support program ‘One Company, One Farm,’ COOCON established a sisterhood relationship with Hacheong Village to provide diverse farming-related support. We help them with sowing, planting and harvesting. We buy what they produce. We also help them build/maintain a website to PR the village and its specialties. ‘One Company One Farm’ is a farm-loving program.

Help Children with Leukemia and Cancer
COOCON is the first company that joined the ‘Collect Pennies for Children with Leukemia and Cancer’ movement led by the Korean Association for Children with Leukemia and Cancer(KACLC). Each employee’ monthly payroll is rounded down to the nearest 10,000KRW and the rounded-down pennies are donated to KACLC.
